If you haven't read the book The Silver Linings Playbook, I highly recommend. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I did picture Bradley Cooper as the main character the whole time :)
The story was hard to read at times because my heart absolutely went out to several of the characters. Nobody should have to deal with loss or mental instability, but obviously people do. This is a beautiful story about family, friendship, inner-strength and ultimately finding peace with yourself.
And it's true: there's always a silver lining. Though it may not be obvious, it's there.
I'll have to find the book and grab a copy! I LOVED the movie... and of course, loved Bradley up on the big screen ;)
